The Area’s Most Renowned Imaging Center Northern California PET Imaging Center (NCPIC) was established in 1992 as a not-for-profit community benefit organization. The organization was the first freestanding outpatient PET center in the nation, with the first whole-body PET scanner, and was designed to provide the local community with the most advanced molecular imaging technologies available.
